It's been fab at keeping the heat in also, we haven't needed to run our heater all night- so it's helping on our electricity costs too!

Hi Darren,
I have been using the new soundproofing system for over a week now. I would just like to say it is fantastic! I can finally sleep through the whole night with out waking up to early morning traffic or loud trucks. Not only does it block out the outside noise it also provides strong insulation. I have not had to use either the fan or heater once since having it installed.
The craftsmanship on the windows is amazing, the frame blends in well and looks like it has always been there. My neighbours couldn’t believe how natural it looked against the hertitage window that is 150+ years old.

I may be in contact with you again in future, as I am now considering getting the Lounge/Kitchen windows done.

"After discussing with Darren the options of reducing the sound in my room I was impressed with his knowledge of how sound is transferred into the room and the solution for reducing the bulk of it.
After the installation I was glad for my choice of the Royal Shush 1080 system as he finished just as peak hour had started and I could not believe how much the noise had been reduced.
I can’t put a figure on it as its based on my perception but I would say approx. 80% of the noise had been reduced, possibly more.
The insulation effects were also effective as recently it was quite a hot day and the room was still at a comfortable temperature.
Additionally the view of the window is barely obscured and the thickness of the glass is barely noticeable while the colour and style also matched the heritage windows.Thankyou Darren for making my room much quieter and now I can now throw those earplugs away.Regards Bill Ashcroft
